Executive Director - Dynamic exec. dir. needed. Work experience in sheltering and more important is experience building strong partnering relationships. Must have successful record in financial oversight, fundraising, public relations and strategic planning; proven experience in staff management. Will be responsible for fund development and management of annual budget in an organization poised for progress. Must have fund development skills (both individual donor and foundation based) as well as financial management expertise.
