Non-Refundable Cancellation/No-Show Fee
A charge of $10 will be incurred when the appointment is set, either by phone (with a valid credit/debit card) or in person (with a valid credit/debit card, cash or money order). No personal checks will be taken for the deposit. If a client cancels and reschedules an appointment 24 hours in advance, the fee will be transferred to the new appointment time or refunded. If the client honors the appointment, the fee will be used towards the cost of their visit.
